9/22/2023 0 Comments Butler tire and autoThe customer was upset with their decision because they felt misled with the policy purchased and had car towed again back to their residence. ********** said they would not cover anything related to these issues because they were not drivetrain related. We put a quote together for the customer and called ********** to see what would be covered. To diagnose the noise the car had to be driven to hear the noise. The customer recently bought a car warranty from ********** and decided to bring it to our shop for a front end noise. There were multiple tow companies used besides ***********. Their vehicle has been towed to several shops over the past few weeks including ours twice. On January 25th my car was told to Butler auto by ****************** with a half a tank of gas Butler Butler auto kept my car for a week and a couple days when Butler auto found out what needed to be prepared on my car I then had my car towed back to the house without them repairing it ****************** told my car back to my house after Butler had it for a weekend some days after my car was towed back to my house I went to check on my car to make sure everything was okay upon me checking my car I noticed that my brakes were going straight to the floor and it was brake fluid everywhere so I call ****************** and and let them know that there was a problem with my brakes and my brake fluid and it wasn't a problem when my car was towed to Butler auto upon me talking to ****************** I was notified by ****************** that when they went to pick my car back up and put it on the towing bed brake fluid was leaking all on his towing bed and that I need to notify Butler auto upon me notifying Butler auto I was told by Butler auto that they didn't do anything to the brakes I then let Butler auto know that when the car was told today they establishment there was nothing wrong with my break oh my brake line but after Butler auto kept my car for a week and a couple days and ****************** returning my car back to me by towing it back on the bed when I get my car back my brake line is broken and brake fluid is everywhere and that's when ****************** let me know that upon them putting my car on the bed to return my car to my house it was bracelet leaking on their towing bed which made me to believe that Butler auto is responsible for the damage done to my brake line also upon me getting my car towed to Butler auto I had a half a tank of gas when my car was returned my gas tank was was empty so not only did they damage my brake line they also drove my car enough to have my gas gauge on empty when it was told back to my resident I would like for Butler to repair the brake line also to reimburse me my gas money that they ran out when they had my car for a weekend some days and sit my car back with an empty gas tank. in Las Vegas.Upon getting my car towed to this establishment when I receive my car back the brake line was broke and my gas was on empty Centennial Subaru is located at 6350 Centennial Center Blvd. Lexus of Henderson is located at 7736 Eastgate Road in Henderson.
